Eligibility Requirements

- Domicile: The candidate must have a domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa/Merged Areas.

Terms & Conditions:
Candidates will be allowed to take the ETEA screening test on a provisional basis. Detailed scrutiny will be conducted by the appointing authority, and candidates found ineligible at any stage will be disqualified.
Before applying, candidates must create a profile on ETEA’s website and verify their CNIC No. from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise.
You can find detailed information about the qualifications, experience requirements, and terms of reference for each position on the official website of the Local Government, Elections, and Rural Development Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Appointments will follow the project policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and will depend on the project’s duration and satisfactory performance.
Only shortlisted candidates will receive interview call letters.
Incomplete applications and those submitted after the due date will not be considered.
Candidates applying for multiple positions must submit separate applications for each position along with a separate fee.
Experience from reputable organizations will be accepted only.
The competent authority reserves the right to change the number of vacancies or reject any application without providing a reason.
No travel or daily allowance will be provided for tests/interviews.
For foreign degrees, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.
How to Apply:
1. Go to the ETEA website and apply online.
2. Once you’ve successfully submitted your online application, you’ll receive a project code and personal information.
3. Print the deposit slip and pay the non-refundable test fee through Easypaisa, Jazz Cash, or any UBL Bank branch.
4. Keep the original deposit slip for your records.
5. Do not send any documents or testimonials to ETEA at this stage. They will be required later for candidates who qualify for the screening test.
6. The deadline for submitting online applications is June 21, 2024.
7. Candidates will receive SMS notifications from ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips, which will include details like the test date, time, and venue.
