Senior Trainer

• Number of posts: 5
• Minimum qualification: Candidates who have served in SSG or have worked as a trainer at any tactical training facility of the armed forces will be given preference. Commissioned Officers (Retired from Army, Navy, and Air Force)

• Remuneration: Rs. 250,000/- per month

Instructor (Civilian)

• Number of posts: 5
• Minimum qualification: Graduate (Higher Qualification will be given preference)
• Minimum experience: Not mentioned
• Remuneration: Rs. 250,000/- per month

Medical Officer

• Number of posts: 3
• Minimum qualification: MBBS and PMDC registration
• Minimum experience: 3 years experience as a medical officer, preference will be given to experienced and qualified professionals.
• Remuneration: Rs. 150,000/- per month

Junior Trainer (Ex Armed Forces)

• Number of posts: 12
• Minimum qualification: NCOs & ICOs Trainers (Retired from Army, Navy, and Air Force)
• Minimum experience: Candidates who have served in SSG or have worked as a trainer at any tactical training facility of the armed forces will be given preference.
• Remuneration: Rs. 150,000/- per month

Here are the terms and conditions for the SSU jobs:

1. Preference will be given to candidates skilled in various areas like Judo, Karate, Martial Arts, Taekwondo, Boxing, Driving, Tactics, Weapon Handling, Physical Training, English, Etiquette, Leadership, Motivation, Swimming, Bomb Disposal, Religious Education, IT, Law, Drill, and Discipline.
2. The initial contract will be for one year, with the possibility of renewal for up to three years.
3. Senior Trainers must have a military background, training experience, and relevant certifications. Candidates should be experts in training and tactical methods.
4. All candidates must have relevant qualifications and experience. Medical Officers need valid degrees and related field experience.
5. The final appointment depends on a written test, interview, medical fitness, and background check. Candidates with a criminal record won’t be considered.
6. Remuneration will be a fixed salary based on organization policies.
7. Staff must follow the organization’s code of conduct. Violations could lead to disciplinary action, including contract termination.
8. Either party can end the contract with a 30-day written notice or compensation. Termination may happen for misconduct, breaking laws, or poor performance.
9. Staff must maintain strict confidentiality. Breaching confidentiality can lead to immediate termination and legal action.
