Ensure Compliance at all levels with all Income Tax, Sales Tax & Customs Jurisdictions
Managing audits and several other litigations of Income Tax, Sales Tax (federal & provincial) & Customs
Attainment of Exemption Certificates for Sales Tax & Income (Local Supplies, Imports)
Attainment of Duty & Tax Remission for Exports (DTRE) and subsequent audits
Representation to FBR, various LTUs, RTOs
Representation to Customs Collectorates at Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta & Islamabad for valuation of duties
Representation to External Advisers and External Auditors
