- After applying online, candidates must take a printout of the application form.
- Along with the printed application form, candidates should submit all educational certificates, domicile certificates, CNIC, photocopies of recent photographs, and experience certificates to the Parcel Officer, Administration Directorate, Heavy Industries Taxila Cantt Post.
- Applications without the duly filled application form will not be considered.
- The candidate’s age will be calculated based on their educational qualification and trade as of the last date of receipt of applications. The minimum age requirement is 18 years at the time of application submission.
- Experience, where required, refers to experience gained after obtaining the minimum educational/professional qualification.
- Relaxation in the upper age limit will be provided according to government norms.
- Candidates who are retired Armed Forces personnel will receive an additional five-year relaxation in the upper age limit, in addition to any existing relaxations.
- Incomplete applications will be rejected outright.
- Providing incorrect information will result in application failure
